Kids

Welcome to FBCU Kids!

Sunday Mornings

Our mission is simple: to help kids from infants through 5th-grade KNOW, LOVE, and SERVE JESUS!

Preschool

Preschool

Our First Look Ministry is about giving preschoolers their first look at who God is.

We teach them 3 main points from birth (6 weeks) PreK 5 to develop our preschoolers with a solid foundation

  • God made me
  • Jesus loves me
  • Jesus wants to be my best friend

To learn more about FirstLook and what you can expect for your preschooler’s first visit, take a look at our Firstlook Booklet.

Elementary

Our 252 Kids programming for elementary kids is about equipping kids with the proper spiritual tools to help them navigate their walk with Jesus Christ. There are three main points that we teach our kids each week.

  • I can trust God no matter what.
  • I should treat others the way I want to be treated.
  • I need to make the wise choice.

The 8:00 and 11:00 services are our CHILDREN’S CHURCH classes. All elementary students meet together to learn the weekly lesson and play games.

The 9:30 service is often the favorite for our 252Kids crew! Students meet in small group classes by grade to dive into the weekly lesson. Then, all elementary students come together for an epic time of worship and learning in our large group format

Awana

FBCU AWANA is the place to be on Wednesday nights from 6:30-8 for kids from age 2 through 5th grade.  Continuing our commitment that FBCU Kids Know, Love, and Serve Jesus, AWANA students memorize scripture, learn Bible Truths, play games, and connect with awesome and caring small group leaders during each club night. FBCU AWANA runs during the school year, and kids can join anytime we’re in session!

Special Friends

The FBCU Special Friends Ministry serves children with special needs. For more information, contact Debbie Sexton at (407) 756-0843.

Awana

Awana is our Wednesday night program that runs through the school year 6:30pm – 8:00 pm. This is the place where children age 2 years old – 5th grade have the opportunity to dive into God’s Word all while getting to study the Bible, memorize verses, play games, and earn awards for their achievements.
