What We Do
Each Sunday, your child will learn a story of the Bible and how it points them to Jesus in an age-appropriate way. The lessons are fun and are taught by committed volunteers and staff who serve Jesus by serving you and your kids. We also seek to help equip families to disciple their children in the gospel throughout the week.
What To Expect
All of the worship gatherings at FBCU Kids have environments designed specifically for your kids! If you are a first-time visitor, please stop by our First-Time Kid's Check-in Center. At the check-in area, you’ll be greeted by someone who will help you register your children on our secure Kids Check-In software. You’ll be handed a sticker with your child’s name, what class your child is in, and a unique alphanumeric code that corresponds to the number that appears on your parent sticker.
Once you’ve checked your child into class, you can head into worship and we’ll take it from there! Your child will participate in fun activities, come together to sing songs to Jesus, and experience an interactive Bible lesson.
Learning At Their Level
We believe that the gospel is for all ages, and that’s why we are so passionate about teaching kids how the story of Jesus is woven throughout the Bible and helping them understand at their level! In FBCU Kids, our Sunday and Wednesday experiences are filled with gospel-centered lessons, engaging worship, and fun activities that help them relate and apply the story in their lives.

Everyone at FBC Umatilla has a next step, and for our FBCU Kids, here is one that God could be calling them to.
Gospel & Baptism Class: If your child has made a decision to follow Christ, begin a conversation about baptism with one of our Kids team members, or please click below to put your child's name on the list. This class is offered on a quarterly basis.
Child Dedications
We are thrilled to offer Child Dedication services twice a year at our church! This is a beautiful opportunity for families to publicly dedicate their child and their commitment to raising them in faith.
